Is your body stiff and every joint aches, a constant reminder of how far you've drifted from your 30 year old self? It's frustrating when even simple movements feel like a struggle, and you start wondering if you'll ever feel truly comfortable in your own body again (or maybe for the very first time). 


At Worthiam, yoga isn't about keeping up, it's about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with yourself. We offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space for those who often feel overlooked in traditional studios, especially adults over 40 yrs and beyond navigating tight joints, chronic stress, or desire to feel more at home in their bodies. Here, yoga becomes a path toward sustainable strength, emotional balance, and renewed confidence. 


We focus on building mobility, not just flexibility. Mobility is functional flexibility- coordinated, balanced, and supported by strength. It depends not only on muscles and joints but also on the health of your fascia-the connective tissue that wraps and links everything in the body (think spider web). When fascia is stiff or restricted, movement becomes limited and tension accumulates. Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, our practices help hydrate and release the fascia, creating more ease and fluidity in your body/heart/mind system.


These practices also support nervous system regulation, shifting you out of stress mode and into a state of rest, repair, and clarity. 


We encourage you to move at a pace that honors your body. No pressure, just a supportive community where you can reconnect with neglected parts and feel at ease in your body/heart/mind. .
