Worthiam Yoga offers gentle movement to improve mobility, supported stretches to relieve long-held tension, and moments of quiet to recharge mentally. It's not about touching your toes- its about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels doable and meaningful. 

You don't need to be flexible, religious/spiritual, or "into yoga" to start. You just need a willingness to feel better and discipline to show up. Over time, this practice supports healthier joints, a clearer mind, and a more empowered you.

Breathing is something we do all day without thinking- but how we breathe matters more than most people realize. Carola teaches breathwork in a grounded, accessible way helping you tap into the power of deep diaphragmatic breathing- where you breathe fully into your belly instead of your chest.

This type of breathing signals your nervous system that you are safe, shifting you out of fight-or-flight and into a state of calm and clarity. It's the foundation breath that strengthens your diaphragm, lowers heart rate and depression, regulates your mood, and the list goes on.

You wont be asked to doing anything extreme- just small, intentional breath practices you can actually use in your day to day when life feels all consuming. Breathwork is a powerful and quick tool you can rely on to reset your body/mind/heart system- anytime, anywhere.
